A standout item on the menu is the Huli Huli Chicken, which has received commendations for its balance of flavors. Combine that with a side of homemade kimchi and japchae, and you have a meal that reflects the rich culinary heritage of the restaurant's Korean influence.

Stopped by as part of a tour group. Huli chicken was very good. Not salty, just don’t add the sauce. It’s Korean owned, so they also have kimchi and japchae which was nice. Thank you

I loved shrimp the bomb as a seafood lover. The food was delicious and right across from the beach. We got dessert from the 7-11 next to the shrimp truck. It was kind of hard to find but once we did it was easy to order. Totally recommend if your coming by north shore

The cashier told us the place was new, and it was just what I wanted. The Huli huli chicken was delicious, and the shrimp my sister got was beautifully cooked. There’s not a lot of other options in the area but this is a great place to stop. It’s across the street from the bus stop.

Travelling Aussies ???????? We visited this iconic food truck as part of a sightseeing tour Ordered a number 2 spicy garlic shrimp and a number 4 huli huli chicken I don’t understand why Hawaiians serve shrimp (prawns) cooked with the shell on? The shrimp are covered in sauce and are a pain to peal - I did notice some people just eating shell and all We’ve enjoyed shrimp truck meals on previous visits to Hawaii and prefer these meals served with corn, rice and pineapple, rather than noodles or even salad - personal choice I guess Likewise, the chicken was messy to eat and a little tough, making the pieces even more difficult to separate However, there were plenty of shaded picnic tables and a cool breeze blowing, making for a comfortable experience We were looking forward to enjoying a shrimp truck lunch but left a little disappointed

It was really good and better than I expected! There are many shrimp trucks here in Hawaii but this one was really nice. Super friendly workers. I got the huli huli chicken and the shrimp the bomb and it was yum. The shrimp has a nice kick to it. I tried a new drink here that they provide. The strawberry guava flavor can. I thought it would be a soda but it was a nice juice. Although one thing I would change is the shells on the shrimp! I guess it’s normal here, I didn’t know but otherwise flavor hits the spot. For me at least. If you visit here I hope your experience was as good as mine!
